Aline is Operations Manager for the Elah Fund.  Previously, she was the Operations Manager for Kav Mashve, the leading NGO promoting integration of Arab professionals in the Israeli private sector.

She began her career as a corporate attorney specializing in civil law. Aline is a talented designer and has a namesake line of fashion jewelry and clothing. She holds a LLB from Netanya College and a LLM in Law and Technology from Haifa University.
