Amir is Legal Counsel to the Elah Fund. He is a founding partner of Ivtsan Netzer Wolecki & Co., a top boutique law firm that he has led for 25 years. 
His fields of expertise include VC investments in start-up companies and commercial litigation. He was a combat pilot in the Israeli Air Force and actively served in the IAF Reserve (Lieutenant Colonel). He holds an LLB Law from Tel Aviv University and an MA in Ancient History from Tel Aviv University.
