Elah is Israel’s leading authority on impact and gender lens investing and an expert in capital markets’ ESG vehicles. 

She is Chair of the Board of IBI Mutual Funds and VP of Business Development for IBI Investment House Ltd. She has worked in the capital markets for over 25 years. Elah is a leading authority on impact and gender lens Investing in Israel. She is the co-founder of IBI's women's investment forum and IBI's ESG and Impact portfolios.

Elah is a member of the Israel National Advisory Board of the International Global Steering Group (GSG) for Impact Investment. She publishes financial columns and Op-Ed's in the Israeli economic media.

Elah serves as Chair of the Israel Women's Network and is a member of the Boards of Ma'aleh, the New Israel Fund and AlFanar.

Elah holds a MSc in Biology and a MBA from Tel Aviv University.
