Shmulik is the CFO of Elah Fund. He is a founding partner of STF & Associates, a financial services company. Previously, he was a Senior Manager at PWC (Kesselman & Kesselman). Shmulik specializes in international audits (IFRS, US GAAP) and stock issuances (London and Tel Aviv). He is a CPA and holds a BA in Econcomics from Rupin Academy.
